Full Time Cashier

Full Time Automotive Service Cashier Location: Apple Chevrolet – Tinley Park, IL Join Our Team! Apple Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Full Time Service Cashier hours our 4 days a week 1:00PM to 7:00PM and every Saturday 8:30AM to 6:00PM to join our award-winning organization. As one of the first and last people our customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional service experience.

Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Explain service invoices and answer basic billing questions. Balance and reconcile daily cashier transactions. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Assist service advisors and management with administrative tasks.

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming cashier area. Provide exceptional customer service throughout each interaction.

Qualifications

Previous cashier or customer service experience required. Automotive dealership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling. Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
