Infant / Toddler teacher

Job Overview Joyful Learning Educational Development Center is seeking a caring and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to provide high-quality care and instruction in a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. The teacher will support children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities and positive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities and lessons
• Support children’s social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Use positive behavior guidance and active supervision
• Complete observations and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and staff
• Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and safety drills Qualifications
• 12 ECE units required; Infant/Toddler units and CTC permit preferred
• Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must pass Live Scan, TB test, and required screenings
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Skills & Benefits
