Job description What You'll Do: Lead Feature Implementation: Oversee and guide your team in developing advanced features for ESET's global websites. Ensure projects align with strategic goals and maintain high quality standards. Facilitate Agile Team Collaboration (SCRUM): Lead daily stand-ups, bi-weekly SCRUM sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Mentor team members, remove obstacles, and drive your team toward achieving targeted objectives for efficient and effective development. Promote Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging your team to acquire new skills, write clean and maintainable code, and embrace best practices for automated testing and robust solutions.

Contribute to coding: You will work on developing key features and participate in collaborative development efforts. What do we expect from you: Extensive coding experience: Minimum of 7 years working with PHP development Systems Thinking: You should be able to see the bigger picture, anticipate potential challenges, and design solutions that are scalable and sustainable.

Knowledge Sharing Attitude: In this role, you will foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing by organizing regular sessions, mentoring colleagues, and encouraging open discussions on new technologies. Proactive and innovative, regularly suggest and apply improvements. Promote best coding practices, including design patterns, SOLID principles, automated tests, documentation, and code reviews.
