Social Media Producer Internship - Summer 2027

We offer 10-week summer internships with our newsroom Audience Team in Minneapolis MN. For this social media internship, we’re looking for someone who can take a social video from idea to execution — identifying the story and approach, filming and editing it, and, when appropriate, serving as the on-camera host. We select talented, driven college juniors, seniors and graduate students who can handle breaking news and enterprise stories.

We expect our interns to come to us with skill and leave with polish and invaluable experience from a major-market newsroom. Interns are paid $850 a week. Interns may be able to apply for any available apprentice positions at the completion of their internship.
