Job-Type: Full-Time, Sunday- Thursday 9:30AM-6:00PM Must be in Fresno, CA or Clovis, CA Full-Time employees receive our comprehensive compensation package which includes 100% employer paid Medical insurance with by-up options for your dependents. 8 Paid Holidays, Paid Sick and Paid Vacation time earned on an accrued basis. The pay range for this position is $18.50 -$25.50 paid hourly, offers will be based on the successful candidate's experience. Role and Responsibilities This position supports the department by performing microbiological analysis of drinking waters and wastewaters.

Performs all microbiological analysis in accordance with BSK Analytical Laboratory Quality Assurance Manual and Standard Operating Procedures. Begins all analyses within holding times, and/or within any time requirements of the client. Reports all positives results to the client in the 24-hour mandated time limit. Is available for seven (7) day coverage of analysis to meet client and/or test requirements (e.

g. samples inoculated on Friday are read on Saturday). Performs quality control checks and verifications for all assigned equipment and method requirements. Performs analysis of Performance Testing (PT) samples for certification purposes.

Education and Experience

Minimum of Associates degree in Chemistry or related Science field and 2 years’ applicable experience. (Microbiology experience is preferred)
