💻What You’ll Do (360°)

• Business Development: Win new clients via phone, email, online meetings—and on-site visits.
• Talent Matchmaking: Source, qualify, and place top talent across Europe.
• Consulting: Be the go-to advisor for clients and candidates.
• Headhunting: Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing to find hidden gems.
• Negotiate & Close: Drive offers to signature and celebrate the win.
• End-to-End Support: Guide candidates through every step of the process.

👀 What We’re Looking For

• Mindset: Driven, curious, resilient; excited to learn fast.
• Background: Experience in sales/recruitment is great, but not essential.
• Communication:FluentGerman or Dutch + English (C1–C2); or native English plus B2B Sales or Recruitment experience.
• Location:Based in or aroundAmsterdam.
