Night Manager

Are you willing to embrace the dark side? It’s not what you might think – and, guaranteed, more than you expect – if you’re ready to step up as Night Manager at Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands. We’re looking for a unique all-rounder and quintessential people person. You’re self-assured and level-headed and you shine when the stars come out.

We’re talking the celestial kind; although, you’re unequivocally at ease with people from all walks of life, and at every level. A natural-born leader, you see the good in people, and bring out the best in everyone around you, yet possess second sight when it comes to reading unexpected situations and problem-solving.

Regardless of what unpleasant surprises may occur, you’ll have it all under control and won’t even break a sweat. Your team turn to you as the compass for direction and together you lay the groundwork for a smooth day ahead. No Fear! With you on duty, you’ll ensure no-one misses out on their best day – and night – possible.

At TFE Hotels, we recognise and celebrate your uniqueness, and promise to give more back. So, if you’re looking for a career with no limits, we’re the place for you. Are you ready to dive in and find more ? You deserve it. ---------------------------------------------------------- Life at TFE is brimming with possibility.

We’re the only international hotel group headquartered in Sydney, and we’re looking for passionate people ready to dive in and move with us. Today, we have 70+ hotels, seven brands, in eight countries... and we’re not stopping there, with new hotels underway and more in the pipeline. Everyone at TFE is invited to take ownership and help shape our future.

If you’re authentic, flexible and talented, you’ll find more than you expected, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
