Content & Communications Manager

The Content & Communications Manager is responsible for developing clear, engaging communications and managing key communication channels that connect Sunstate employees to the company and one another.

This role brings together employee communications, content and storytelling, change communications, and internal channel management. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and editor with strong communications judgment who can translate business priorities and complex information into content that is clear, relevant and authentic to Sunstate.

The role partners closely with teams across the business, including EPMO and Change Management, and owns key employee communication channels including the company intranet, SS Connect employee app and internal branch displays.
