• Sequim, Washington 🕒 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:45 pm-5:30 pm 💰 Pay: $25-$29/hour Looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can truly make a difference? As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families 🌱 WHAT YOU BRING
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children
• A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
• Reliable transportation
• RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
• Active CPR certification 💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
