Total Compensation package: $ 36,481- $ 50,498 Annually Employer 3% 401 K retirement match As an integral member of the TNLH team, the Direct Care Worker will work one on one with our clients and their family as a key member of their team. The Direct Care Worker will help the client in building daily living, social, communication, and safety skills.

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License & Reliable, legal transportation needed (registered, inspected, and insured vehicle) (Required) Work Location: One office location, travel/remote work within community & home
