Are you a strong leader with experience in food service who enjoys building relationships, developing programs, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others?
CPARC is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Offsite/Food Service Coordinator to join our team!
As our Offsite/Food Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to lead and grow our Food Service and Industry Integrated programs while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house kitchen, commercial catering, food service vending, and government contracts while helping develop pricing, proposals, marketing strategies, and new business opportunities. You'll also lead and support program managers, build strong relationships with school districts, local businesses, community partners, and funding sources, and help create new workplace opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Through community outreach, public relations, and collaboration, you'll help strengthen programs that provide valuable skills, meaningful employment experiences, and greater opportunities for the individuals we serve.
What We're Looking For
Degree in social services, public administration, or business preferred.
Experience in food service and/or food service management required.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities highly preferred.
Current, valid driver's license and ability to meet CPARC/CIT driving requirements.
Compensation & Generous Benefits
Salary: $52,288.00 annually
