Business Analyst-Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Location: Dubai (5 days onsite) Employment: Full-Time Salary: Up to 14,000 AED We’re hiring an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation in airline eCommerce. You’ll work with product owners, UX teams, and technology stakeholders to optimize customer journeys across web and mobile platforms. What you’ll do: Gather and document business requirements.

Translate needs into user stories & acceptance criteria. Enhance booking flows, ancillary sales, payments, check-in, and disruption management (IRROPS). Support Agile delivery, UAT, and performance monitoring. Collaborate across business, operations, and tech teams. What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ experience (4+ in Business Analysis within airline/travel/eCommerce/digital).

Strong knowledge of airline booking flows & operations. Hands-on Agile delivery experience. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, analytics, APIs, UX principles. Excellent communication skills. Immediate to 30‑day joiners; relocation possible with valid passport. Interview Process: 3 technical rounds (video).
