Currently, collaborations with companies possessing significant IPs such as Sanrio and Bandai Namco Entertainment are increasing. As part of our upcoming global expansion efforts, we are recruiting individuals who can lead the Global Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

You will mainly be responsible for planning strategy and driving daily executions with team members to success global expansion concerning the IPs of partner entertainment companies. 必須スキル

• Native-level English proficiency and conversational-level Japanese language skills
• Good knowledge of fan psychology in the global market (mainly North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, excluding Japan)
• Good knowledge of digital marketing
• Experience in influencer marketing 歓迎スキル
• Good knowledge of IP business
• Experience in event planning and event project management (both offline and online)
• Experience as a community manager
• Experience in managing corporate social media accounts
• Experience with global press releases
