Medical Director | Primary Care Physician

Upperline is seeking an M.D., D.O. or Geriatrician to join our clinical leadership team as Medical Director for our Tennessee market (east TN and inclusive of Dalton, GA)

This role is a mix of clinical, clinical leadership and VBC program management. The Medical Director must reside in market to be able to connect with providers, advise on clinical improvements and assist in market opportunities. Approximately 30-50% of the time will be spent onsite in the clinic setting.
