As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their service experience from start to finish. You’ll serve as the trusted link between customers and our technicians, helping guests understand their vehicle needs while delivering an experience that feels supportive, informed, and efficient.

Pay Range

Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $38,500.00 to $160,000 +. • Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!
• Professional appearance and strong customer presence
• Excellent communication skills — written & verbal
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell service
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
• Able to pass a drug test

Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses.
