HVAC Project Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead projects with precision, exceed client expectations, and drive profitability. What You’ll Do: Effectively use your knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build to manage commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution Work closely with general contractors, engineers, and vendors Handle RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and project schedules Ensure proper permits are obtained and compliance with all regulations Optimize cost efficiency by managing materials, purchasing , and vendor returns Prepare and review monthly Estimated Cost at Completion (ECAC) reports What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction Strong knowledge of mechanical plans/spec & design/build industry Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A team-oriented mindset with the ability to make independent decisions Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related (preferred but not required ) Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive pay and benefits package Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family covered, including free preventive care and affordable prescription options.
