Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and depart Conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction Ensure to have first-hand knowledge on what’s happening in town, and p rovide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needs P rovide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstance Job Requirements: Male Only Bachelor degree or above 1 year or above customer service experience Previous experience as model or greeter would be an advantage Good communications skills Good grooming and presentable Fluent in English / Mandarin, proficient in other languages such as Korean, Thai would be an advantage
