Why Driftwood Is Different

Our therapists aren't expected to build a luxury spa on their own—we've already done that.

We've invested more than $1 million into creating a premium wellness destination so our therapists can focus on delivering exceptional care rather than running a business.

As part of our team, you'll benefit from:

• Beautiful, fully equipped treatment rooms
• Premium Lemi luxury massage tables
• Luxury Comphy Co. linens
• Pure organic massage oils and body products from The Organic Pharmacy
• Elevated treatment protocols through our exclusive partnership with The Organic Pharmacy
• Complimentary guest amenities including infrared sauna, hot stones, heated and weighted back and eye pillows, cupping, luxury robes, and relaxation spaces
• All massage supplies and back-bar products provided
• Professional laundering of all linens
• Front desk reception and guest support
• Online booking and scheduling
• Marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns
• Website management and guest communications
• Facility maintenance, utilities, and operational support

Our investment allows therapists to practice in an environment that supports premium service pricing while removing the day-to-day business responsibilities that independent therapists often manage on their own.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience.
