You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST (CLASS/RECRUITMENT) in the HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing program management functions for Human Resources (HR) functional areas including policy, staffing and recruitment, outreach, pay and leave, and classification, civilian transition OR training oversight.
