We’re hiring a world-class short-form golf creator for the Why. Golf App and our golf training aids.This role is about making great videos — this is not a coordinator role.If you think in hooks, pacing, and retention — keep reading.

What You’ll Do. Personally ideate, film, edit, and post short-form videos. Build repeatable formats that drive views and retention for Why. Golf's App + golf training aids. Ship daily content across Instagram, Tik. Tok, and YouTube Shorts. Create natively for each platform (you know the differences). Iterate quickly based on performance and audience response.

Who You AreA short-form creator first — not a strategist or manager. Obsessed with golf and social media content creation. Strong taste and instincts for hooks, pacing, and story. Comfortable moving quickly. Understands golf culture and the improvement journey. What You’ve Done. Personally created short-form content that scaled personal or brand accounts.

You've driven 100k+ views consistently with your content. Proven ability to tap into golf trends and independently ship scroll-stopping organic content. What Success Looks Like. You're creating original, high-quality short-form golf content at scale. The Why. Golf App and training aids become a larger part of the golf conversation on across platforms.
