Key responsibilities

of position (Job Description)

• 고객 주문 등록 및 주문 진행 현황 관리(납기 지연, 납기 조정, 보류 주문, TBA 등)
• 고객 문의사항 접수 및 처리 현황 관리
• 제품 및 서비스 관련 기술 문의 대응
• 부품 가격 및 납기 확인을 포함한 견적서 작성
• 고객 불만 및 요청사항 접수 및 대응
• 근무지: 포승공장 (평택시 포승지구), 기숙사 제공 가능 Requirements / Qualification
• 4년제 대학교 기계 관련 학과 졸업자 (필수)
• 신입 또는 관련 업무 경력 보유자 (우대)
• 업무상 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (필수)
• CAD 사용 가능자 (우대)
• 일반기계기사, 용접기사, 화공기사, 금속기사, 가스산업기사 등 관련 자격증 소지자 (우대)
