Event Sales Coordinator

An Event Sales Coordinator role in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. This role supports the sales, planning, and coordination of private events, corporate meetings, social gatherings, receptions, wine experiences, and other hospitality programs. The Event Sales Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for clients throughout the inquiry, booking, and planning process while partnering with internal teams to ensure events are accurately documented, effectively communicated, and executed to a high standard.

This is a part-time, hourly role that is eligible for tips. This opportunity may require daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on scheduled onsite events and business needs.
