Sr Outbound Manager

The Senior Outbound Manager is responsible for leading all outbound operations within Cavender’s Wilmer cross-dock distribution facility, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of store and customer orders. This role oversees picking, packing, shipping, and distribution processes while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and service.

The Senior Outbound Manager plays a key role in establishing and maintaining outbound workflows, optimizing routing strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination between fulfillment, transportation, and store delivery operations.
