HR Coordinator

WE ARE HIRING – HR COORDINATOR Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Coordinator to join our team. Industry: Food & Beverage Experience: 2–4 years Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Requirements Key Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience , preferably in the Food & Beverage industry .

Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements. Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters . Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems . Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
