Client Specialist - Float

Bridgewater Bank is seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑oriented Client Specialist to serve as the face of the bank while providing high‑quality service across multiple branch locations. In this role, you will serve as the face of the bank as the initial welcoming contact for clients and provide superior customer service while processing client requests in person, by phone or email in a positive professional environment.

This role is a float position, requiring the ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro.
