g., Mastercam, Fusion, 360, Esprit, or similar) Solid understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling selection, and workholding for a variety of materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications Strong troubleshooting skills and a continuous improvement mindset Experience conducting first article inspections and using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
