Commercial Controller & FP&A

The Dixon Group is looking for a Commercial Controller & FP&A to join our team! In this role, you won't just report the numbers—you will help shape the future of our four key Product Lines (Purity, Transportation, Industrial, and Fluid Power), you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of commercial strategy, financial operational control, and long-term business growth.

Working directly alongside our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and innovation teams, you will directly influence profitability, cash strategy, and customer-facing operations.
