Job Details: Job Location: Lee Canyon Resort

• Las Vegas, NV, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary The Host is responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests by providing a warm welcome and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. The host coordinates guest flow, communicates with servers and management, and helps maintain a smooth dining experience. Duties & Responsibilities Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner. Follow all policies, procedures and service standards. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage waitlists, server sections, and seating arrangements. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.. Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area. Assist guests with special requests and accommodations. Monitor dining room capacity and wait times. Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Experience in high-volume environments. Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. Must be able to walk for long periods of time. Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time. Must possess or be able to obtain an SNHD Health Card.
