Head of People & Organization (P&O), Global

Entirely is an international group building the next generation of AI-native marketing. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on P&O leader to take overall HR responsibility for an international IT organization of approximately 300–400 employees.

This role combines global P&O leadership (around 50%) with hands-on HR Business Partner work (around 50%). Location: [Munich or Baar] Lead and develop the international P&O team, setting clear priorities and supporting strong delivery. Act as HR Business Partner for a defined business area, advising leaders on people and organizational topics.

Manage employee relations and employment-law matters. Drive talent, performance, compensation and organizational development initiatives. Support international change and transformation projects. Develop and continuously improve global HR processes and standards. Work closely with senior management on people-related and organizational topics.

A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, with a specialization in HR Management At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner Proven experience leading an international HR team Ideally, experience in the IT, software or technology sector A hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented approach Fluent German and English Willing to travel 30 %
