merchandise Training and opportunities to grow within our restaurant group A fun, team-focused kitchen environment Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up, stock, and maintain your station for service Complete food prep and keep ingredients ready throughout your shift Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining food quality and consistency Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Keep your station and kitchen areas clean and organized Communicate and work closely with kitchen leadership and teammates Help wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Enjoys cooking and takes pride in preparing quality food Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends *Field Day Brewing Co.
