Pony Express Orthodontics is looking for an upbeat, friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Treatment Coordinator – Patient Support & Scheduling Pay: $20 - 22 / hr.

Part Time Schedule: Tuesday 9:30 - 5:00 Wednesday 9:30 - 6:30 Thursday 9:30 - 5:30 We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: Friendly, positive, and confident when talking with patients and families Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance Proactive, dependable, and able to follow established procedures A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team Passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience Why You’ll Love Working With Us: We take time to get to know our patients and provide care that’s personalized and thoughtful.

What You’ll Do: Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with positive communication between all parties What You Need: Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, treatment coordination, or insurance processing is a plus!

Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.
