A Snapshot of Your Day Join Siemens Energy as a Quality Manager in Serbia, where your passion for quality management and the green transition will make a significant impact! In this dynamic role, you will support the execution of substation projects for large offshore wind farms and the energy transmission sector. Collaborating with international customers, including offshore wind farm owners and EPCs, you will ensure that quality activities are handled professionally, contributing to the successful delivery of high-voltage systems that connect offshore wind farms to onshore transmission systems.
Imagine being at the forefront of innovation while helping to combat climate change and meet the growing energy demands of our society!How You’ll Make an Impact You will review customer specifications to ensure compliance with quality aspects, including QA/QC requirements and local regulations. Prepare and update quality management documentation, such as the Project Quality Plan and Audit Plan.
Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related topics, facilitating regular progress meetings with stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers to compile the Project Management Plan and verify project progress based on critical factors and targets. Coordinate project audits and provide input for the selection and development of subcontractor organizations, ensuring adherence to Siemens Energy’s Supplier Quality Management Process.
What You Bring A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, business administration, or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in project quality management for high voltage or large-scale construction projects. ISO 9001 Auditor qualification, showcasing your expertise in quality standards.
Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages viewed favorably.
