What You'll Do

Serve as the primary resource for Yardi Voyager support, troubleshooting, and training. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Yardi. Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and new releases with IT. Train new and existing employees on Yardi functionality and processes. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase efficiency.

Create and maintain reports and assist with data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Partner with Operations, Accounting, IT, and other departments to improve Yardi processes. Help maintain system security and compliance.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry. Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager , including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafe. Strong SQL experience with the ability to query analyze and validate data. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users. Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes. Why American Communities?
