Global Channel Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Channel Operations Manager based in United States. This is a strategic operations role supporting a global partner ecosystem within a high-performing, subscription-based technology environment.

You will manage the programs, systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to succeed. The role combines channel program management, partner enablement, sales operations, data management, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Channel Sales leadership as well as Finance, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to improve partner performance and operational efficiency.

Your work will directly influence partner engagement, revenue execution, compliance, reporting, and the overall scalability of the channel model. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-directed operator who can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on program administration. As part of a remote-first organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders and partners across functions and geographies to drive measurable channel growth.
