Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Provide specialized technical support and lead the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting the development of the RigSentry platform, and driving continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence and customer success. Serve as the technical authority in equipment maintenance and reliability.

Analyze maintenance and condition monitoring data to improve asset reliability and availability. Develop maintenance, inspection, and equipment certification plans. Support Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs by leveraging digital technologies and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making. Contribute to the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing equipment.

Requisitos Advanced English. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Subsea Equipment experience essential. Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, and asset management principles. CMRP certification or demonstrated expertise in maintenance and reliability is considered an asset. Experience in maintenance engineering, technical project management, or maintenance leadership.

Availability to travel domestically and internationally, as required. Availability to work on-site in Macaé or Rio de Janeiro.
