Route Sales / Driver

A Route Sales Driver is needed to support bakery route operations in the Lake Charles, LA area. This is a great opportunity to build your business and grow a career, with potential to become a Buyer. Key requirements for the role include: Valid Driver’s License Acceptable MVR and record Ability to pass background check and drug screen High School diploma or GED Route Sales/Delivery experience is helpful Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Compensation: $23 per hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver bread and bakery products to customers along your designated route in a timely and efficient manner Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Manage inventory and ensure all products are accurately accounted for and properly stocked on your vehicle Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and increase sales along your route Provide dependable service and support to customers along your route Demonstrate the ability and interest to grow into a Buyer opportunity Hours – Full Time
