Registered Nurse - Assisted Living/Memory Care

The Assisted Living RN provides and coordinates the overall health monitoring and nursing related services to residents in compliance with DHS 83 codes while promoting wellness and independence. The RN provides informal direction to the CNA/Resident Assistant staff in the assisted living and memory care programs at Oakwood Village. They provide overall leadership for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team and physician consultation on issues related to resident care and the quality of life for the assisted living and memory care residents.

This role reports to the Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care.
