Family Foster Care Executive Assistant

Position Overview

Assumes responsibility for efficient assistance to the Vice President for Community Based Foster Care in all areas customarily assigned to an Executive Assistant. Position Qualifications : Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college preferred. Ability to type efficiently and accurately. Must have command of English, be efficient and organized.

Should have self -assurance, willingness to accept responsibility, pleasant disposition, and ability to handle occasional high work pressures. Able to cooperate with all levels of staff. Strong sense of confidentiality. Should have at least 2 years of experience with administrative background. Computer literate (word, excel, power point, etc).
