Job description
As an Electronics Technician in the Customer Service Department, you will test and troubleshoot customer returned power supplies, by applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, electronic and electrical testing, engineering, mathematics and physics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Test/troubleshoot using various equipment (ie: Scopes, meters, electronic loads, power sources, etc.) • Communicate repair quotes and projected turn around times. • Process repair work orders involving parts used and labor. • Communicate with customers on failure diagnosis.
