Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Dispatcher to coordinate ambulance operations and ensure timely, efficient patient transportation. You'll serve as the communication link between field crews, healthcare facilities, and patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and coordinate emergency and non-emergency transports Monitor unit status and assign calls Communicate with crews, hospitals, and healthcare partners Maintain accurate dispatch records Provide exceptional customer service Follow company policies, HIPAA, and safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Dispatch, EMS, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Computer proficiency Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Why You’ll Love It Here (Full‑Time Benefits)
