Description Position Summary: Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready, or Painter Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work HVAC / EPA certification preferred Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
