Barista

A Barista is a professional who makes and serves beverages such as: coffee, tea and cocktails. They are responsible for: taking customer orders and payment, sanitizing work areas, cleaning seating areas and equipment/tools. The baristas’ responsibilities also include educating customers on the drink menu, making recommendations based on preferences, upselling special items and taking orders.

To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional customer service skills, and a vast knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. This role requires the ability to work various shifts.
