Security Operation Departement Head

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other managers to determine operational needs Evaluate team performance to achieve KPI target Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms Review reports on incidents of IT security attack Analyze and investigate to resolve issues IT security attack Create reports for management on IT security status Responsible in operational User Management and SOC team Lead security operations focused on information technology environments, including network, cybersecurity, and endpoint security oversight Prepare management reporting on overall IT security posture and operational status Support operational user management and SOC team effectiveness Requirements Bachelor's degree Having knowledge in operational antivirus, SIEM, patch management, DLP, anti-DDoS, sandbox, and AI security technologies Minimum 5 years experience in information technology security operations Strong experience in information technology security operations across network security, cybersecurity, and endpoint security Experience working with senior internal stakeholders, including reporting security posture to management, escalating major incidents, and reviewing KPI performance with leadership Eligible to work in Indonesia Experience at department head level in security operations is a plus Experience leading a team is a plus Having security certification is advantaged
