Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing world-class order-to-invoice customer satisfaction, to include order entry and confirmation, communication of shipment details, and invoice issue resolution.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong problem solving, communication and people skills. It will support our increased market demand and growth of ConMet’s Aftermarket business unit and will be based (onsite) at our Charlotte, NC warehouse.
