The position will work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School degree or GED Experience: Two years of broad manufacturing experience Skills/Abilities: Effective Communicative, Logic, Attention to Detail, Analytical and Trouble-Shooting Skills/Abilities Can effectively work in an Individual or Team Setting Ability to work without supervision and make accurate judgment calls Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals is a MUST Ability to operate small tool room machinery; Knowledge of HAAS machine centers and saw operations a plus PC literate ESSENTIAL RESULTS: Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.)

to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed) Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Proven experience as a machine operator on saws and Haas equipment.

Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.) Understanding of production procedures Other Duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to work overtime, including weekends (rare) Must be physically capable of standing/bending /stooping/griping 8+ hour shift(s) Must lift up to 30 lbs.
