VACANCY DESCRIPTION: Mount Horeb Christian School (MHCS) is seeking a candidate for the upcoming 2026-27 school year in our Elementary School and Middle School to teach as a substitute. Mount Horeb Christian School's 4K-8th grade campus includes four classrooms of grades K, 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 5th-8th. The ideal candidate will prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God. Mount Horeb Christian School (MHCS) was founded in 2019 to serve the town of Mount Horeb and the surrounding communities. Our school provides a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment for students in grades K-8, as well as 3K and 4K preschool programs. MHCS is proud to be one of 23 schools that are affiliated with Impact Christian Schools. Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Association of Christian School International (ACSI) teaching certification. PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ACSI Certified Teacher. State of Wisconsin certified Teacher. Three to five years of classroom teaching experience.
