Essential Functions

Knowledge of fine dining service. Must have full familiarity with menus. Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings/promotions. Station set-up and breakdown/side-work. To polish and clean the water glasses and flatware in his/her assigned station before opening hours. Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisor.

Complete all assigned side work duties Service to guests. Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. Complete cleanliness of all dining areas, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Hotel Specific Essential Functions: Knowledge of hotel property and downtown area Familiarity with all food and beverage promotions.

Tools and Equipment: Computer and printer, telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. Exposure to food items and beverages.

Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only) Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/ Carrying Lifting trays, equipment, dishware, etc up to 50 pounds.
