Retail Associate

The Role As a Retail Associate at the Chattanooga Lookouts, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our retail store, providing them with a positive shopping experience. You will engage with fans, manage merchandise displays, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized. Your contributions will enhance the overall experience for our guests during events and games.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Restock merchandise as needed and keep the store clean and tidy.
• Provide information about products and promotions to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy events.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of sports merchandise and fan culture.
• Experience with cash register systems or point of sale technology. Salary $7.25 - $7.25 per hour
