JOB SUMMARY

The HealthLine Advisor is responsible for answering the St. Bernards Healthline and promoting St. Bernards services to callers. Makes physician referrals where appropriate to area physicians. Supports the handling of customer service contacts and database management activities through telephone contact, electronic contacts and data entry.

Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure, deal courteously with the public and healthcare staff. Handles confidential data in a professional and discrete manner.
