About the Role

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in bartending or mixology. Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment. Knowledge of craft cocktails and current beverage trends.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
